English I made the choice to study at Middle East College for doing my Master’s in Business Administration due to its high quality of teaching and research. The faculty are experienced professionals who ensure that the business administration aspects and research skills are nurtured in their students. MEC is affiliated to Coventry University in UK, which is one of the top 50 universities in UK.
At the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown, MEC took rapid action and came up with appropriate steps to move into the online mode. This ensured a seamless transition which did not affect the continuity of our programmes. The online learning activities were facilitated by the cooperation of the MEC management team, faculty, and students. Students could continue studying from home through a well-developed MEC website, LMS platform, and MS Teams. The faculty were really encouraging, standing side by side with their students to motivate, encourage, support, and guide them. MEC has affiliations with Professional Bodies like C-E-O and IEOM which gives extra leverage, networking opportunities and lifelong learning experience to students.
To continue my higher education after obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering had always been my plan. My goal is to be in a top management position in my career, so learning and gaining knowledge is one of the ways to further my career. This programme develops the attributes needed in a current day manager like decision making, risk management, strategy development, leadership, and change management along with the functional management development.
I am glad I made the right decision to join Middle East College for my PG studies.
