Middle East College has launched the “Sustainable Environment Lens” competition as part of its annual environmental campaign activities, aimed at promoting a culture of sustainability and maintaining a healthy university environment. The competition invites students and the academic community to submit creative videos on environmental sustainability in the format of “Reels,” with a duration of 30 to 60 seconds. The submission deadline is 4th May 2026 at 12:00 pm, with the screening and awards ceremony scheduled for 5th May 2026. The competition does not require professional equipment, as participants may film using their mobile phones. The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on message strength and clarity of the environmental message, creativity and engagement, and production quality including sound clarity, image stability, and lighting. The top three winners will receive valuable prizes, with their videos published on the College’s social media platforms. Participation constitutes agreement to the publication of submitted videos across the College’s various social media channels.<\/p>\n
