The Programme helped me learn the foundations of human resource planning and recruitment, about professional development initiatives, and change management in organizations.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most significant decisions I have made in my life is to continue my career in human resource management at Middle East College. It equipped with the knowledge and experience required for a successful career in this field.<\/p>\n<p>My experience at Middle East College has been enriching and wonderful.
