The programme is a joint academic development programme UK\/Gulf sponsored by the Gulf Science Innovation and Knowledge Economy Programme and managed by the British Council. The programme\u2019s first module delivery will be conducted in the period from 17th to 19th December 2018.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>The programme is targeting the Leaders in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Leaders from other important stakeholders including Industry, Government and Non-governmental Organisations.
