Dr Ahmed Al Abri, CEO of ASYAD Ports, gave an insightful talk during the second MEC Business Summit on 15 October 2023. The talk covered a range of topics on current job market dynamics, practical strategies for job preparation, identifying the skills in demand by employers, the right attitude and personality, the importance of filling the CV with good experience and skill sets, why companies are focusing more on hiring fresh graduates over experienced people, and self-motivation.
