English A team of 5 students from Middle East College (MEC) participate in Injaz Oman and win the Best Sustainable Product prize
After a full year of efforts and hard work, our Loqah (palm pollen spray product) won the Best Sustainable Product prize. The product brought a solution for the traditional palm pollination process, known as the germination process in Oman. It is developed in line with technological and modern trends and improvements to make the process easier to increase production efficiency and reduce labor costs and time wasted. The achievement’s joy was sensed within the team and by every member at MEC, which was noticed in the MEC family’s reaction, starting with the Dean and reaching to the students. It was the first experience for MEC to participate in the Injaz Oman competition. It was a successful one as we won the prize by the grace of almighty Allah.
