MEC welcomes its new student for the Academic Year 2018-2019

Middle East College (MEC) organized the Orientation Programme for its new students for Fall 2018 on Sunday and Tuesday; 23rd and 25th of September 2018 at MEC Student Hub, Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM). The event was held to familiarize the new students with the college’s policies, rules, regulations, departments, activities, academic partnerships, and the campus and emphasize the importance of education. 
The Orientation Programme kicked off with an introduction about the college, college activities, the Student Advisory Council, and a video about life at MEC. The programme also included sessions to introduce the administrative and support departments such as Activities Office, Student Success Center, Career Services and Entrepreneurship Office, Media, Communication and Admission Department, Accounts Office, Technical Support, Student Experience Office, Library and Learning Resources Centre. There was also a workshop on “Transition to College Life” and a campus tour for the new students.
The Admission and Registration process are still open at MEC for those who are interested in pursuing their higher education in the various specializations in Engineering, Science and Technology, Management and Business, and Archives and Records Management.
