The Hadatha Centre for Cyber Security Industry (HCCSI) is a landmark initiative established in October 2025 in collaboration with the Oman National Computer Emergency Readiness Team (OCERT) at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. The Centre represents Middle East College's commitment to support Oman in becoming a leader in cyber security. This hub of innovation is dedicated to world-class education, research, and industry collaboration, directly aligning with the goals of Oman Vision 2040 to empower a digitally-fluent generation. Our mission is to tackle the evolving challenges of the digital age by equipping students and professionals with the skills to lead and protect our future.
The centre is built on three core pillars designed to create real-world impact: Cutting-edge research- We explore emerging threats and develop innovative solutions to complex cybersecurity problems, contributing to both national and global security efforts.
