English Middle East College (MEC) has announced an online conversation about professional growth and maintaining balance between work and life beyond it. The session will feature Eyadh Al-Mandhari and be hosted by MEC alumna Maha Al Saadi.
The discussion will provide space to consider building a professional path while making room for personal interests and passions. For students preparing to enter the workforce, and graduates beginning their careers, these themes offer an opportunity to reflect on the choices and priorities that shape working life.
The conversation also recognises that career development is one part of life beyond work. Through this online event, MEC invites its community to consider ambition, personal interests and balance as they think about their future careers and the working lives they hope to build. The session brings a practical, personal dimension to conversations about professional development and the transitions students and graduates experience as they move into working life.
