English Middle East College (MEC) in partner with Coventry University (CU) and the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education are organising a one-year long programme titled “Oman’s Entrepreneurial Leaders” in the period from April 2018 to March 2019. The programme is a joint academic development programme UK/Gulf sponsored by the Gulf Science Innovation and Knowledge Economy Programme and managed by the British Council. The programme’s first module delivery will be conducted in the period from 17th to 19th December 2018.
The programme is targeting the Leaders in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Leaders from other important stakeholders including Industry, Government and Non-governmental Organisations. It aims to establish international collaboration, build capacity of the academic leadership, build capacity of staff and staff development, establish a centre of excellence in entrepreneurship, and network with other HEIs in the Sultanate.
