Abdelhalim Gamal: See you at the starting line!

It was said that “The more you run, the more you love your body”. We have created machines to help us accomplish hard tasks. Therefore, being fit and strong nowadays is optional. You do not have to run for your food or any other survival need anymore. This means that humans will become lazier in the near future.

Let us start the new year by loving our bodies. I am glad that I am among the 200 participants who will represent Middle East College in the 5-kilometer Charity Run at Muscat Marathon 2020.

I would like to thank Middle East College for giving all of us such an opportunity and for always motivating the staff and students to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
