MEC Winter School 2019’s participants explore the Sultanate

The 20 South Korean students participating in the MEC Winter School 2019 programme in the period from 27th January 2019 to 21st February 2019, visited the Royal Opera House Muscat, Grand Mosque, Nizwa, and Muttrah, and also had an exciting outdoor camping experience in Wadi Al Abiyad Sands in Barka. The one month long programme comprises various events and activities including Omani Culture, Art and Handicraft, Arabic language, Omani traditional games, workshops on Calligraphy and Entrepreneurship, and field trips to places of tourist interest in Oman. MEC has initiated strong relationships and partnerships with various institutions from all over the world to provide its students with the opportunity to explore and learn about more cultures and engage with people from different countries.
