At Middle East College, we recognize the importance of well-being in fostering the all-round development of an individual, be it a student or a member of staff. The concept of well-being has many dimensions…physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social and so on… I believe that well-being is one of the most important factors that can help our students achieve their personal and academic goals.
We are extremely proud to be the very first higher education institution in Oman to adopt the well-being of both students and staff as one of our top priorities. We aim to promote the idea of healthy bodies, healthy minds, a healthy culture, and a healthy environment that will eventually contribute to a healthier and more sustainable world.
As the first step towards this initiative, a group of 200 students and staff are participating in the upcoming Muscat Marathon 2020 on the 18th of January 2020.
I wish all the marathon participants the very best.
I will be there. See you all there…
