Why I chose Human Resources as my career path?

I am a proud alumni of MEC, specializing in Human Resource Management. The Programme helped me learn the foundations of human resource planning and recruitment, about professional development initiatives, and change management in organizations.

One of the most significant decisions I have made in my life is to continue my career in human resource management at Middle East College. It equipped with the knowledge and experience required for a successful career in this field.

My experience at Middle East College has been enriching and wonderful. This is not surprising since Middle East College has obtained the highest rating for quality of teaching and research performance from the accreditation agency of Oman.
