Data is changing how businesses understand customers, manage operations, allocate resources and make decisions. Organisations increasingly need professionals who can understand both the business problem and the data behind it.
The Bachelor of Science (Hons) Business Analytics and Management at Middle East College brings these two areas together.
You will study essential areas of business including management, marketing, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, sustainability, business law, supply chains and project management. Alongside these, you will develop capabilities in business analytics, data visualisation, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, data mining and data-driven decision-making.
Throughout the programme, analytics is connected to real business applications. You will explore how data can support decisions in areas such as marketing, finance, human resources, supply chains, operations and project management.
As you progress, you will move from statistics, quantitative methods, and fundamental business concepts into more advanced areas, including predictive analytics, machine learning, database technologies, business simulation, and AI for business intelligence.
The programme concludes with a 60-credit Work-Based Internship, giving you the opportunity to apply your learning to a real organisational or sector-based business issue.
