Middle East College Signs MoC with OCERT to Strengthen Cyber Security in Oman

We are pleased to announce that Middle East College has signed a Memorandum of Collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology – Oman National Computer Emergency Readiness Team (OCERT) on 10/September/2025, during the HADATHA Cyber Security Industry Forum, to establish the HADATHA Cyber Security Centre on MEC campus the College.

• Promote research, development, and innovation in cybersecurity.
• Build national capacities specialized in the cybersecurity industry.
• Support students, researchers, academia, and the private sector in cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
