Minimum requirements for Omani candidates:
Bachelor Fresh graduate, CGPA not less than GOOD, IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 6.5, Must have CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Should have good verbal, written, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Take the lead in designing and developing an effective curriculum and input to its continuous evaluation and enrichment.
- Monitor module delivery in terms of its content, structure, delivery methods etc., to enhance students’ knowledge and employability in industries.
- Learn and apply the latest teaching technologies and innovations that create interest, attention and enthusiasm among students.
- Deliver sessions in a clear and simplified manner and ensure that knowledge is transferred successfully.

Job title: Media and Communication Officer Department: Media, Communication and Admission Department.
Qualifications & skills required:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in the same field.

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with media organizations in Oman and the GCC region to secure media coverage.
- Creating compelling and high-quality content in Arabic and English to effectively manage the college's public image across various traditional and digital media platforms.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with our marketing strategies and tactics.
- Regularly monitor the media landscape to stay up to date with news reports and relevant regional updates.
- Keeping detailed records of all communication activities and preparing comprehensive reports for review.
- Any other duty which may be assigned on a temporary basis in the interest of college work.
Job title: Librarian (Only Omani )
Department: Library and Learning Resources Center
Qualifications & skills required:
- Omani Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Library sciences and a minimum of 6 years of experience or a Master’s with three years of experience.
- Team Management Skills.
- Organization & Planning Skills.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills (Arabic & English).
- Relevant Computer Skills, including knowledge of any Library Management System.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plan, implement and evaluate module learning resources required for each programme and ensure they are organised/ displayed accordingly.
- Manage, promote and evaluate the quality of journals, textbooks and other department references.
- Design and implement library policies and procedures, review and update when required.
- Select order and receive new books, periodicals and other materials housed in the library by working closely with the departments and academic/ non-academic staff.
- Provide an orientation programme for academic staff to utilise print and non-print materials.
- Liaise with other academic and non-academic departments, external organisations and suppliers, as and when necessary.
- Review library holdings with reference to changing the curriculum of the programmes offered and plan for future requirements.
- Ensure the satisfaction of library stakeholders (students and staff) by systematically collecting their feedback and suggestions and considering their implementation.
- Manage budgets and resources and utilise funds appropriately.
- Chair the Library Advisory Committee (LAC) meetings and see that actions on the recommendations are taken in discussion with the Management.
- Public Dealing & Liaison (with suppliers & business representatives).
- Establishment of resource-sharing programmes such as interlibrary loans, exchanging accession lists and other information with college libraries in Muscat and abroad.
