Obtaining the Equivalency Letter

Complete these five simple steps before starting your admission process.

Step 1:
Embassy & MoFA Attestation (Home Country) - Obtain attestation on the original High School Certificate from the Omani Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in the student’s home country.
Step 2:
Submit Documents to the Ministry - Send an email to Qualifications@moe.om including a brief description of the student’s educational background and intention to pursue studies at Middle East College. Attach the Attested High School Certificate, a copy of the Grade 10 Certificate, a copy of the Grade 11 Certificate, and a copy of the passport.
Step 3:
Complete the Ministry Form - The Ministry will respond with an Equivalency Application Form. Complete the form and return it through the same email thread.
Step 4:
Courier Original Documents - Once the Ministry completes the verification process and approve the certificates, the student should send the original documents to the College via courier.
Step 5:
College Collects the Equivalency Letter - Middle East College will collect the Equivalency Letter on the student’s behalf, and proceed with the enrollment and visa application process.
