Grounded in the conviction that sustainable health is the cornerstone of a thriving community, Middle East College is pleased to host ‘Sustainable Health Day’ on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Student Hub Building on the MEC campus. This comprehensive initiative represents an integrated effort to promote health awareness, environmental consciousness, and meaningful community engagement.
The diverse programme encompasses complimentary health screenings administered by medical professionals, a comprehensive awareness exhibition featuring contemporary health information and best practices, and expert awareness lectures delivered by specialists in health and sustainability. The event further includes purposeful theatrical performances that combine educational value with entertainment, alongside a variety of activities designed to promote physical and mental well-being and foster awareness of sustainability principles.
This event extends an open invitation to all members of the community to participate in this significant day, offering a valuable opportunity to assess personal health and acquire knowledge regarding sustainable health practices.
