Middle East College successfully organised GFP Fest, a distinctive educational learning festival that showcased students’ creativity and capabilities in communication, critical thinking, and teamwork through a diverse range of interactive activities. The festival provided students with meaningful opportunities to apply classroom learning in practical and engaging ways. The festival featured several distinctive activities: Treasure Hunt, a clue-solving challenge that promoted collaboration, problem-solving, and communication; Book Review Showcase, where students presented and discussed books they had read to strengthen reading, speaking, and analytical skills; Entrepreneurship Challenge, wherein students pitched innovative business ideas demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills; and AI Problem Solutions, where students explored real-world problems and proposed artificial intelligence-based solutions. The festival contributed to advancing experiential learning and developing essential twenty-first-century skills amongst students.
