Library and Learning Resources Center

The library acquires resources to fulfill taught curriculum requirements and to enhance learners’ knowledge beyond the domain of study and research. Both print and electronic versions of information resources are acquired to keep the library collection up-to-date. The electronic resource which consists of 5 databases is accessible on and off campus. Learners can also browse the library OPAC through the library portal and locate the needed books on the shelves.

  • To cater to the needs of students and faculty members in their study, teaching and research work.
  • To provide updated information resources in print and online format.
  • To facilitate access to online resources and train the users
  • To assist faculty members to get any information required for their teaching or research work.
  • To establish and maintain a well-stocked textbook section to provide each student textbooks of their chosen courses or modules.
  • To provide reference service to all faculty, staff, and students.
  • To establish and execute a program of orientation for new users to make them aware about the facilities, resources, and services provided by the library.
  • To organize readership promotion programs periodically to create awareness among students.
