The department have been introduced as per the organizational structure changes in 2017 where the Accounts Office and Procurement Office (Procurement and Contract Office previously) have been merged into one department.

  1. To enhance the students and staff experience at MEC
  2. Provide support in the financial and accounts matters
  3. Provide all the goods required for the operations at MEC on a timely manner
  4. Procure the equipment, materials and supplies that are requested by the departments in the best interest of the college.

  • Loan/Advance disbursement as per MEC policy
