Middle East College’s Entrepreneurship and Incubation Centre accompanied incubated student start-ups to LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The visit gave the student founders an opportunity to explore emerging technologies, connect with industry and gain insights to help develop their ventures.
LEAP is an annual global technology event in Riyadh, bringing together technology companies, start-ups, investors and industry leaders. For MEC students, the visit offered exposure to ideas beyond the classroom and a chance to engage with people across the sector.
MEC’s Incubation Centre supports students and alumni in transforming creative concepts into viable business ventures and connects academic learning with real-world entrepreneurship. At LEAP, students could consider how emerging technologies and industry perspectives might inform their start-ups’ development. The visit reflects MEC’s support for student entrepreneurship and its focus on linking learning with the wider innovation ecosystem.
