A cohort of Middle East College students recently undertook a visit to the Traffic Institute as part of a comprehensive awareness initiative centred on road safety, civic responsibility, and community engagement. This visit exemplifies the College’s commitment to extending learning beyond the confines of the classroom, thereby integrating academic knowledge with real-world community practices.
Through this practical experience, students gained valuable insights into the significance of road safety and personal responsibility towards society, and the means by which they can contribute meaningfully to building a safe and responsible community. The visit also provided students with the opportunity to engage directly with specialists at the Traffic Institute and to familiarise themselves with contemporary standards and practices in the field of road safety.
Middle East College is committed to the principle that effective education requires the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application. Such initiatives contribute substantially to the development of responsible and socially conscious students who understand their role within society.
